
Dr. Millet completed his undergraduate education at Cornell University, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class with distinction in all subjects. He obtained his medical training at Weill Cornell Medical College, which is consistently ranked as one of the top medical schools in the country by U.S. News & World Report. He went on to complete a general surgery internship at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center and his residency in anesthesiology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He received subspecialty training in pain management at the elite Duke University pain fellowship program.
In an effort to improve care, Dr. Millet has participated extensively in research and has published numerous abstracts, manuscripts, and book chapters. He is an investigator in multiple ongoing cutting-edge clinical trials on spinal cord stimulation. He has presented his work across the country and has received multiple awards for his research and presentations. He is also a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center and an expert panelist for the Texas Medical Board.
Dr. Millet is fully committed to providing compassionate, personal, multidisciplinary care to the chronic pain population of Houston. He trained with some of the most renowned pain physicians in the country and has experience with multimodal pain management, including medication regimens, traditional fluoroscopic injections, ultrasound-guided procedures, spinal cord/peripheral nerve stimulators, intrathecal pumps, vertebral augmentation, minimally-invasive pain surgery, and regenerative medicine.
